Program name
Dr. Tomeka Roberts Customer Care is a two-way text messaging program operated by MEME LLC, dba Dr. Tomeka Roberts' Clinical Feminine Care.
Messages are sent from and received at (205) 859-8768. You can save that number and text us any time once you have opted in.
Program description
When you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form, you are opting in to receive customer service text messages from Dr. Tomeka Roberts Customer Care. These messages are limited to:
- Replies to questions you send us about products, ingredients, or usage
- Updates about an order you have placed, including shipping and delivery
- Follow-up on a support request you started with us
This is a customer care program only. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through it.
How to opt in
Opting in is entirely optional and is never required to purchase from us, to contact us, or to receive support by email. You opt in by entering your mobile number on our contact form and checking the SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. This is a conversational program. In most cases you will only receive messages in reply to your own, plus updates about an active order.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Dr. Tomeka Roberts does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed immediately. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send you no further texts unless you opt in again.
To rejoin later, reply START or opt in again through the contact form.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent status are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your SMS opt-in or consent with any third party for their own marketing.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
