Order information: name, shipping/billing address, email, and order details when you make a purchase.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
Communications: messages you send via our contact form, email, or text message.
Mobile number & SMS consent: if you choose to opt in to our text messaging program, the mobile number you give us and a record of your consent (and any later opt-out).
Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
Shopping cart: the items you add to your cart and their value, so we can understand where people change their minds and improve the shop. If you are signed in, or you have already entered your email at checkout, that email is stored alongside the cart so we can help if something went wrong with your order.
Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., pages visited) to improve the site.

How we use your information

Sharing

We operate an optional two-way customer care text messaging program, Dr. Tomeka Roberts Customer Care. Participation is voluntary, is never required to make a purchase or to receive support, and you may leave at any time by replying STOP. Full program details are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

We use Telnyx as our messaging provider to deliver and receive these messages on our behalf. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
